With a decade of Human Resource experience and over 15 years of Christian ministry under her belt, Candice possesses a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation. As a certified Growth & Leadership Coach, she uses her expertise to help individuals unlock their full potential.

Alongside her husband Jonathan Lambe, Candice co-pastors Evening Light Pentecostal Church on the captivating island of Bermuda. They also oversee Reign Life, a global outreach initiative, and operate The Media Lounge and Café, one of Bermuda's premier movie theater. Candice's wide-ranging skill set includes coaching, teaching, workshop facilitation, curriculum development, leadership consulting and strategic planning for churches and small businesses.

Through coaching, consultations, conferences, workshops, and training programs, Candice plays a vital role in facilitating growth within individuals, ministries, and organizations worldwide. Her expertise helps them navigate challenges, gain clarity, and adapt to change.
